Should Leaders Trust What AI Tells Them?
Knowledge, Belief and Judgement in the Age of AI
Leadership Dialogue
November 4, 2026
9:00-12:00
Central European University
We're bringing together senior decisionmakers who are already using — or will increasingly need to use — AI and automated systems as part of consequential organisational decisions.

From 9:00–12:00, followed by a networking lunch from 12:00–13:00.

While AI can synthesize data and calculate probability, judgement is what turns a machine's output into an accountable decision — and that responsibility can't be delegated to the tool itself. This inaugural leadership dialogue offers a closed-door forum for business leaders to move beyond abstract debates and critically examine what it means to lead in an AI-driven environment.

Built around peer dialogue, this half-day session connects a select group of business leaders with leading philosopher of mind Tim Crane, organizational strategy and leadership expert Henrike Arnold, and expert facilitators from ODN Europe. Together, participants will stress-test their assumptions around trust, risk, decision-making and accountability in the age of AI, gaining the clarity required to move from uncritical adoption to intentional, high-value deployment.
